I have "popcorn corn" on the cob. How to pop it?
We have a wood burning stove and fireplace.

- maybe put it on a tin pie plate close to the fire place or on top of the stove, make sure you turn it over or around occasionally
- put it in a heat safe container (like a skillet with a lid or it'll make a big mess) and heat it, yup cob and all. either your fireplace or stove is fine.
- Firstly do you know that all the corn cob does not pop to pop corn. There are special corn cob which will pop. Else put the corn cob in the wok / deep pan and cover it. If is the right kind it will pop in couple minutes. Dont forget to add little oil / butter in the wok / deep pan Good Luck
- cool! get a big pot and put some oil and some butter with a bit of salt in the bottom. when its hot put the corn in and put the lid on. u might need to shake the pot around so the oil can get all over it and so the whole things can pop
