Can you tell me about corn burning stoves?

I am considering getting a corn burning stove. If possible I would like to heat my 3-level townhouse with it. Have you used one of these stoves? What are its pros and cons? What is your guess about what a stove and heat duct system for it would cost? By the way my house is not very big, about 1200-1300 square feet.

1. CORN burning stove? never heard of a corn burning stove did you mean a coal /wood burning stove?? All stoves will burn corn if you leave them on the stove long enough if thats what you'r asking
2. Corn or hardwood pellet fuel stoves are fantastic. Compared to a traditional wood fireplace, they are inexpensive too. You can buy these products with or without circulation blowers or fans. Depending on the size, it is feasible to heat your house. I have relatives which use these things and outside the sometimes messy clean-up, they have no complaints. The unit alone, without ducting or venting, will cost 500 to 1000. You could probably have the whole thing installed for less than $3000. Keep in mind, the savings from a renewable resource.
